Anyone having bother contacting Brittany ferries via their Cork numbers? 021-4277801 & 021-4378401.
I’ve tried it a lot today and getting out of service tone....
Need to pay our balance for sailing which is due to be debited on Saturday but the card used for booking originally has expired .......
and Brittany Ferries webpage does not have an option to pay the balance online !? .... what’s that all about in this day in age?
If no luck tomorrow I’ll try their English number.

Yes, the 021-4378401 or the 021-4277801 numbers....
Getting “out of service” tone..........May be a network issue as I didn’t try it via our landline, I’ll try tomorrow morning again when they open..... 17:30 is closing time with them..

If you are with eir mobile the mobile phones were off line for a few hours today

Indeed, and that was the problem.
I’m with eir, and just discovered the fault as you describe.
Many thanks.
Will get sorted tomorrow.......
