Cassette door opening direction

Simple question. Would anyone know What direction the key is turned to open the outer door to empty the toilet cassette.
I have tried it both clockwise and anti, but nothing is happening. The tumbler is turning, but the door remains locked even after i press in the release button at the bottom.
Anyone have this before,

Thanks Strand, that was the solution. Thanks for the input lads. I didnt want to force the key or lock until i was sure how to open it correctly. Turn and press key and bottom button in, perfect.

Yeah Martin, i have the van 2 years and have never had to empty it, even though we have been using it every weekend. Do you think there might be a leek?
No, changed the van last week to a Hymer, still working out little bits.
