Un do the screws and check the diaphram, hopefully its not split, reassemble (assuming diaphram is ok) and use a bit of butter (Ideally use food grade non setting silicone grease but butter is a good sub) to lube the sealing surfaces. Dont use vaseline as its reported it damages the rubber over time,
I replaced the pump in my current MH a few years back, had a leak that i could not fix, so just swapped out for a new pump and not a bother since,
Hopefully you can repair it,

Ally you will have to stop stocking up with alcohol as it eats gaskets. Seriously if it a gasket that is your problem ,you could use Wynns instant gasket, obtainable from Halfords. I have used myself with good result , if you use epoxy you wont be able to split it at a later date to overhaul.

I had the same problem a few weeks ago, Lucky enough I caught the leak in time! Mine too was working perfectly. I looked at sealing but a brand new pump was only €90 from Donagheys with next day delivery so went for that. Have to say the difference with new pump is incredible and pressure is much improved so reckon they may deteriorate a bit over time

Still on pumps, but on a slightly different note. Mine is a Fiamma pump. Works on flow or pressure, not sure which. It just works without any switching from tap... those wires just hanging unconnected. Only thing it is quite noisy when you are in the van, especially when I’m in bed in the morning and herself is up at silly o’clock, as the pump is under the bed vis there a variant of this type of pump that is silent, or are they all noisy. I have checked and it appears to be fitted correctly with the dampers etc in place.

The pump that was leaking in my MH was an aqua 8 or something and would waken the dead when it switched on,
The one i put in is a shureflow I think (Ill check later and confirm) and its much quieter (dosent waken all on board if turned on at night)

That’s what mine is. If you could check out what yours is I’d appreciate it. Also did you have to adapt much to take new pump. Thanks in advance Max

It is a Sureflo 204-213 30psi (dont know if them numbers make much difference) but its much quiter than the aqua 8,
As Dave has posted the submersible pump that goes into the tank is even quieter but the flow is not as good as.far as i know,
Maybe im wrong with the flow as with the submersible as i dont have one

You should have got a scrape of Daves Kerry gold Ally, that other butter you used might not have been up to the job
At least with a new pump you know its going to be reliable
