We are attending a wedding in Quilty and going on to the Armada Hotel in Spanish Point Co. Clare after, next October. Would anyone know of any place nearby to Overnight In the Motorhome, Campsite or other, don't mind as long as it is secure. I looked on the App and the nearest seems to be Doonbeg, But that is 20km away and I don't know if there is any taxi service around that area and what cost it would be. Tia.

Hi chausson
There is a site in White Strand which takes touring vans about a country mile from The Armada. You might be lucky in October to get a space along the road in front of beach. The other options are Lahinch or Doonbeg, the latter being a far superior site.

Quite safe and ok on the road above the car park outside the golf club. Only about 5 min from the hotel.

Update
No the Hotel don’t allow overnight parking, it is ok while you are having a meal or drinks during the day, Dave.

We parked outside the Golf Club with no problem, very peaceful night as suggested by a few.

Thanks Guys for all your help, would prefer to have been in Donaghys though.
