And our wagon passed today. This will be be our last 2 year test as the wagon is 10 reg.
In fairness the tester recommended a wax oil treatment for under the floorpan from mid way back to the rear, as some surface rust is starting to appear. Since our mh is Transit based, I'm not surprised.
Anyother job for the list,
Malcolm

Nice one on passing the CVRT!

And take the spray job like a little sacrifice for the greater good. :)

A quick tip, cvrt testing allows for mh under 3500kg to be tested every 2 years until there are 10 years old.
However if you mh is tested after its 8th birthday, there is a difficulty in getting a 2 year cert. We done our mh, 2 weeks before it's 8th birthday.

Mine is due test just a couple of days before Christmas. I enquired today about advance testing. You can get the test done up to a month before without changing the anniversary date. You can also getting it tested before that but this will change the anniversary date.

Long story short.
The waxoyl was got in Halfords with the plan of doing it myself.
However the mh blew its engine last September and by the time it was repaired the weather was too cold .
As soon as the weather warms up, the waxoyl is on the to do list.
Check out this company
forum/topic.php?t=18892
They are advertising waxoyl treatments.
