Hey there , with our lovely spell of weather coming , it got me thinking what do you use to cool down your motorhome ,

do you have air con , a blow air fan ?

I was thinking of buying the dyson hot cold air thingy for use in the camper but also in the house when its not in the motorhome ,

be interesting to see what other craicers use or do you use anything ?

On the road, the a/c blows frosty cold in the cab. When I have electrical hookup, I've an a/c unit for the habitation. There's a bit of a gap when parked up without electric.

I found that it was hard to sleep if it is warm, So I put in a turbo vent fan normally used in the skylight in the bathroom of the motorhome over the bed where there was a skylight , It can be set to come on and off by setting the temperature on it.

On the very hot days recently in France when parked on campsite we kept our insulated blinds closed to keep inside cool during the day.
We had an electric fan heater with us but didn’t need at night, only had the large roof skylight open.
It was great having mesh screen on all openings to keep the bugs out.

Aircon when hooked up, vents open and Fantasticfan in the bedroom skylight. Great to have mesh screens on all openings.

12 volt, 400mm skylight in the kitchen area 3speed bio directional, and a swivel dash fan mounted over the side door connected to the solar panel. And put the silver screens on to deflect the sun and all windows /skylights open with the mesh covers down.

We were looking at the Dyson one too but I only found out today that it would only work on EHU. #SuchANewbie So any tips for ones that run on leisure battery would be greatly appreciated.
