Dog on return trip from France: injection needed??

Folks
We are taking the mutt to France. I have got passport and rabies injection already, and will get further injection from to departure as required.
However it has been mentioned to me that I need to get a return injection for the dog before I board for return journey.
Any info please?
If true, anybody know a handy vet near Cherbourg to do the necessary?
Info appreciated.

No injection required, just a tablet.
Can personally reccomended Dr Philippe Marin at this clinic http://www.cabinetveterinairedocteurmarin.fr.
His practice is in St.Lo, there is an Aire just 3 minutes walk away. About 2 hours south of Cherbourg.
He is a gentleman, really nice bloke. About €30 to sort your pet and stamp the passport. Remember you need stamped 5 days or less before you sail.

That’s the one, right by the river. Not a very nice aire but it is very convenient for the vet. New building works right beside on our last visit in February 18, The town itself has interesting history, completely decimated in WW2 and rebuilt, nice medieval castle with interesting walk around its walls, there are a few nice restaurants near the aire and some good retail outlets on the out of town parks for wine etc....
From the Aire, Walk up past the school, up the concrete steps to the upper road, turn right and he is about 100 metres on the same side.
You’re best to give Phillipe a call as sometimes he is out, saying that, we have arrived unannounced in the past.... a call a day ahead is all you need, the number is on the link I posted above and if you get the answer phone then leave a message..... he has superb English and he will call you back.

Yes, I have been there several times. Love parking in aires at church.
There is also a municipal campsite about 500 metres up the road.
