It's running but not drawing up water. I've even sucked water through the system and nothing. I'm thinking tiny bit of ice over winter. Must have been some water in the pump

Check the filter and the diaphram it's easy to take apart and check

Ha. I was just about to post up saying sorted. Filings of plastic from the water tank were in the diaphram. Carefully removed and now working again.

Are you sure that the plastic filings are not limescale from the tank?

Are you also sure the filings aren’t from the impeller

Hilton, its a diaphram pump, dosent have an impeller 👍

Definitely from the tank. It's was blue plastic. Same as the tank. 3 showers the weekend no problems.
