The one's for France look good on google earth and Street View, But others I looked at for parts of America put the positions in the middle of the sea. Not good unless I turn my van into A James Bond Car.

(Tip!) So It would always be wise to try to confirm the location first as some poi's can be way off their destinations. :)

Tom, different countries use different co-ordinate systems, so change the co-ordinate type in your satnav and try again. I got caught with this a few times before I found out about this.

Hi Pat,
I forgot about that, The European poi's seem to be ok It's the American ones that were in the sea. The Americans do things different to us.

I didn't put them on my sat nav yet, I just down loaded the .CSV file and then Converted it to a KML file to view in google Earth and Street view, very handy for viewing the locations.
I am always A bit sceptic about Poi's since I got caught before even with the right Format, It turned out that the site owners put in the wrong numbers, same general location maybe 5/6 miles away. This drives me mad Especially If it's a very narrow road. I'm Sorry if this seems to be a bit of a rant not ment to be. So hence why I'm a sceptic of Poi's.

Had the same problem with France Passion last year, a total disaster, would never sign up for it again even though some people find it great.
