Thats the ticket been looking for something like this so I can link up the playbook instead of the laptop or just hook through the phone if there was no 3g etc. They cant be bad as our use would be inside the motorhome or just outside so we wont be that far away from the repeater. We already have a directional antenna which picks up signals as far away as 1500m

You can share your connection on your laptop, but of course that would mean bringing both with you all the time.

Shouldn't really be that difficult to share the connection, what windows have you on the Laptop?

Laptops take a lot of power hence in our case the reason we want to use the tab or phone, we have used the laptop before and linked stuff to it but it kinda defeats the purpose of saving power and still being able to use the phone and a tablet.
Repeater will be the ticket plus if anyone slumming it with us can get hooked in to :-)
