My New Hobby

Just picked up a new hobby, new to me that is, and so far delighted with it. Trying to figure out all the bells and whistles, Oyster satellite dish, gas alarm, burglar alarm, awning light and gas point for BBQ and outdoor shower point. Can an Oyster dish be used as an ordinary dish to pick up free to air transmissions ? Here,s a few photos of my new baby. :-)

Love the design and shape of these, there is one for sale near Derry at the minute, I keep meaning to have a look, but I better not!

Health to enjoy!

Thanks for all the good wishes and positive vibes folks, they're much appreciated. I've just noticed the first major problem which I'll have to get sorted next week....... there's no Motorhome Craic stickers on her. She's going around naked.

Unfortunately not John, other things got in the way. I've a gas fitter lined up for early next week to change the German regulator for an Irish propane one then it's off for a night or two even if only down to Kilmore quay or The Hook.

Happy Days, it is time for the heater now,

Just check if the German tail fits our irish Propane (red cylinder 22.5mm left hand thread), might save you swapping a regulator,
Some body mentioned that the (or one of the) german cylinders have the same thread on cylinder,

Have a safe one

No the German connector has the same thread but it has a small steel pipe in the center see attached .France and Spain also use the same clip on as we do.

The German regulator will connect directly to a Gaslow refillable cylinder, I did it a couple of years ago. Saves space as I now only need one cylinder, gas fill now less than half the cost of what I previously paid. Best of luck with your travels in your new van, it looks a beauty.
