There are a few about - I see them squeezing into sites and on the roads.
Whats under the hood - 6 litre Petrol ./ LPG or Diesel?
Toying with one in the next few years when the boys get too big for Hessy

Hi Fergal,
The Motorhome is a 8.3 litre Cummins Diesel with a six speed Allison automatic gearbox. It is based In Carrick on Shannon at the moment for the next six months, so if you are ever in the area please give me a call and I will give you a 'tour' . It has two electric slide outs which make it very spacious indeed .It only has 25k miles on the clock which is very little as she had been unused for seven years. As with all American RV's it has all the 'bells and whistles'. I need to start driving it now as I have never driven such a monster before !

Hi
I have an American 40ft damon escaper. I have seen another 40ft monaco diplomat that was flood damaged in a boat yard. And there is another 40ft in athlone escaper also. And a wx reg 40ft that parks in galway docks sometimes.

Sounds like a great machine you have there, slide outs are biz. Still miss my old 28ft Champion RV that I had when I lived in the US. Loved the Chevy 7.4 litre V8 roar!

You should hear our very own motorhome craic Chevy G20 roar, especially after a cranberry juice or two  (sorry Paul - couldn't resist)

I'd love one, but having had two RV'S over 30ft, I'm having more fun with our latest RV at 28ft and 1 slide it's fine on NI roads 😎.
