I saw this in Westport House. It was a very professional job, I couldn't see the join. I wonder how it handles with such a long narrow wheel base

Looks like an Iveco chassis ?
The wheels so far back make no sense, imagine a tight French street in that, be impossible on some turns.

It doesn't by any chance belong to Barak O'Bama.

Remember the last time he tried to drive in Ireland.....

Looks to my to be a Caravan mounted on a lwb Iveco Daily Chassis and Cab, There appears to be an infill panel behind the ehu lead where the caravan wheel would have been. It looks quite well only for the odd position of the Back Axle.

You would need a rear steering axle in that yoke if you ever got onto a tight road, that would make driving an artic lorry seem easy. :-)

On the plus side there won't be much swing from the overhang!

Yes but you would always have to enter an entrance on a right turn, or go onto the wrong side of the road.
Believe me I drove a BMC Laird longest ridigit truck made and left turns were a B*****d.

The tractor rig was attached to a massive accommodation trailer similar to what you see in traveling circuses. The gas supply was two of the massive gas cylinders and The rig had full slide outs. Not your typical caravan set up

I have seen a similar vehicle in France. The market traders have long extended vans that open up
