Martin, I can click and see them ,They are very nice and the Fanad Lighthouse has a part in a very sad shipwreck story. A ship called the Exmouth Castle left the Foyle in April 1847 bound for Quebec and hit a storm .After fighting all night against it they thought they had seen the Fanad light and kept it on the left, but it was the isle of Islay light in Scotland and she was wrecked on the island with over 250 people,all the crew and passengers who are buried there by the poor people who found them on the shores. One of the worst shipwrecks of the time.
