Wild Atlantic Way Motorhome route

Hi All,
I operate a cafe & car park in Oughterard, Co. Galway.
We are not on the wild atlantic way however we do get a lot of motorhomes for overnight stopover.
When motorhomes drive from Galway to Clifden along the WAW they encounter a lot of problems, narrow roads, frustrated locals trying to pass, etc.. This is just 1 example on the long WAW.
I can see the need for a route for motorhomes that cuts out some of the problem areas.
For instance Galway to Clifden via Oughterard.
Ok you say whats the point if you can not see the Atlantic.
However you will take in beautiful scenery along Lough Corrib and cut through the 12 bens on better roads and link back up with the WAW whenever you want
A route could be designed all along or close to the WAW that suits motorhomes connected to overnight stopovers.
what do ye reckon
Dessie

This is my first post - trying to fugure out how best to use post system. Re. WAW. I agree with the man from Oughterard
. The WW shouldn't be altered or made easier or it will become something else entirely. However there needs to be more made of the other 'exotic' places off the beaten track and the Mask and Corrib environment and landscape is a wonderful place to be, without going to the coast.

By the way - where is exactly is your place? Can one over-night there?

The Camp Street Cafe in Oughterard is at N53.429150°, W09.319547° CLICKY

And yes, the WAW needs alternative routing in some places for vehicles bigger than cars and bikes. This could be achieved by a 'diversion' sign at junctions, aimed at larger vehicles, where the indicated WAW route is unsuitable for such vehicles.
