matttcb,
I've put a request in for the manual with Classic Hymer on Facebook. I'll let you know if I get a result. There are manuals to download for fridge etc on oldhymer.com and Classic Hymers have user manuals for the 544. Is there something you are specifically you are looking for?

Classic Hymers on Facebook have a lot of the original documents in their files section. Specifically there is a B644 wiring diagram however there are multiple User manuals for the Fiat based Hymer of that era. Im not sure what exactly you are looking for but they include the Truma, Electrolux, Fiat Ducato owner and Workshop manuals etc

There are manuals for the heating system and Fridge.
The chap I bought it of did not what a lot of items in motorhome.
So was looking for manual which would itemise all functions in motorhome.
Example there is a gauge with buttons just below steering wheel on the right hand side with 2 buttons not sure what this for May b for sis pension but not sure

Hi and welcome to mhc, there are still loads of that vintage hymer around I'm sure you'll bump into one on your travels, if your in dublin I'm on the southside so if I can help just ask no problem, the gauge with buttons sounds like an add on possibly rear air suspension if you can have a quick look underneath at the rear axle there should be two rubber airbag on the axle. Best of luck with your travels!

It also will help if you can post photos of items you are trying to identify ,as they may be fitted to other Motorhomes ,people change and fit a lot of Stuff.

They are a great vehicle and like any m/h - will last the test of time if they are looked after.
I have manuals, circuit diagrams etc if you want I can forward.
Ensure the gearbox gets a oil change when it is in there - its a bugger of a job to refill on the drive - so get the garage to do it for u, flush, gearbox additive and best quality oil.

Hi have not collected Hymer ,ran into a few problems after mechanic changed timing belt left engine on and it began to overheat ,he thinks the thermostat is dodgy and has ordered a replacement from Peogeot.
Mechanic went to remove old one but 2 of the bolts holding it sheared.
So really not good news .
Hope this is the end of my troubles
Really did not not need this.
So will not have Hymer till at least next week.
Thanks for your advice and support
Regards Matttcb

Hard to see now, but there is several bright side's , you have less to concern you on the road ahead ,a big AND you are already a Hymer owner who can offer advise to other newbie,s.
Enjoy and be safe on your travels.
