The most important task I'm Motorhomes is how to keep the beer cool ,now our fridge just isn't big enough so I purchased a 30ltr cool box from Halfords a few years back ,it holds all my beer but the only problem is it just keeps going so if your running on batts you have to keep checking it to stop your bars going flat ,so my next project was to put a thermostat on it , i.e. When it goes to 3% it switches of when it goes up to 6% it comes on ,so here are a few photos if anyone wants to try it good luck

I have one of those coolers under the front hab seat and I fitted a cig lighter socket with a switch to turn it off/on. But thats a far superior solution.

 If you have a cool box, this is so easy to do, (1) purchase a thermostat of eBay the one that I used was £7.00 delivered you can get cheaper, the one I have for my oven was £4.50 delivered ,when it arrives look at the connection there are only 4 wires to connect, cut the 12 volt lead from your coolbox but make sure that you know which is live and which is neutral 2 neutral go into first ,live with a small loop go into second ,loop then connects into third ,and live into forth ,done PS do not cut the 240 lead to the cool box good luck if you try this PPS I take no responsibility if you blow up your cool box if you have no knowledge of electronics don't try this get someone else to help you

That's a great solution.
I've set up temp control for a brewery, using STC1000 controllers.... very affordable solution.
3 voltage types available, 12v, 110v and 220v.... make sure you get the 12v option if running battery set-up, very easy to set up, comes with thermocouple resistor probe.
Get them on e-bay or amazon...... see EBAY LINK HERE
