Just having a look at this post & have found the NET-WL-USB-CPE2512bg has been discontinued. Anyone bought a similar product lately that you’d recommend.

Try Simon at LTS. He was selling one which seemed very good.
I cannot remember which make it was.

Hi all,

The Faculty X is certainly highly regarded by many members on motorhomefacts.com. It consistantly gets good user reports with few problems and the seller/maker? is a regular on that site for help.

Another good source for ariels is www.motorhomewifi.com were a chap who travels extensively in europe and regularly tests various ariels. He has recently started to sell a variety of kit for the job.

He is called Adam his username is Addie on the motorhomefacts forum and he frequently helps members with all manner of advice on internet abroad.

Over the last few years I have built up a lot of respect for him as he speaks a lot of sense. I am hoping to get this from him when funds permit. http://www.motorhomewifi.com/p…l-antenna/

Just bought one of these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayI…1040678350

My auction ended at £26, but they've been going for lots of different prices. Last one I noted less than £14.

The important thing is, its AWESOME....I've just tested it in different parts of our house & it's pulling in wifi that the laptop never would see.

I'm thinking of putting in a locker in the van rather than mounting it, but I'll see how it goes.
