Also see if she wants dimmer switches in the house as well as they are a different version the standard GU10 and its LED replacement.

This i know from experience as we didnt know about it when they were fitted to the house 8 years ago (possibly didnt have an option then!)

All our GU10's have lasted 8 years, simply because they are too bright to leave on for any length of time, really need dimmers as you could get a tan under them as they are :lol:

You buy you take the chance. Have bought stuff and got caught to pay which resulted in the thing being more expensive. Other times the product got through and had nothing to pay.

Some companies will declare the package contents as a gift or sample in an attempt to avoid duty and VAT but many don't.
This does not mean you will avoid the charges but sometimes it can help.

HMRC are very active at present on charging duty on goods from USA.
I work in RM office in the afternoon and see huge charges on parcels. We cannot deliver until duty is paid.

For the last week Ive been clicking on the Stena Advert at the top of the page to get a quote for France for next year. When I enter the details I can't get any further. Is there a problem with it? Also is that how I get the Craic discount? Anyone else having problems?
