Try a good builders hardware store as in a "topline" or "home value hardware ".
The smaller propane cylinders have became popular with builders for flat roof construction, especially now that most house extensions are Dermot Bannon box types.

Spent the day trying to source a refill but to no avail. I’ve been in contact with calor rep and he is checking if there is any supplier in the area itherwuse I may have to change over to the grey 6 kg cylinder and replace the regulator I’m a little disappointed as the place I bought the camper knew it was coming to the south and let me off with this system ☹

Am I reading this right, in that its a northern Irish cylinder that you have on board? The NI conection is completely different to the southern version.
If so, you will need to change both your cylinder and the pigtail pipe, the orange pipe between the cylinder and the regulator. Some of the sponsors here advertise the kits.

No I tried in woodies and was purchasing a regulator to make the change over but they refused to accept our bottles However if we purchased the two patio gas bottles at full price they would accommodate us with DISPOSING🤣of our red propane bottles We left them their regulator as we were not giving them any of our money. Went on to eurohaul in walkinstown and they exchanged our bottles with no problem. Conor the gas rep was so helpful a really nice guy
