Hi thanks for the welcome!
We have recently become first time motorhomers. We will be taking our Fiat Rapido on its first run from Watford UK to the lovely County Kerry in December. We are looking forward to the trip but a little nervous at the same time. If anyone can offer us novices any tips on how we can prepare well with just the essentials we'd be really grateful. We're doing our best not to rush out and buy everything that we see!

Welcome to Motorhomecraic!

It would be beneficial to have a few nights on your driveway, if possible. That way you can run into the house and get what you need.

We Irish have a cure if anything happens on your trip...... it’s called Guinness !!....
Seriously, need to know anything then just howler, we’ll help if we can. Ally’s idea of a couple of nights on the driveway is a good one. Keep us updated on your travels.

Welcome Juneandjohn. We are only 18 months into Motorhoming and I learnt everything from the people on this forum. There's plenty of advice and if you can't find it, just ask. You will love Ireland.

Welcome Juneandjohn,
like you, we live on this side of the water and also have a Rapido. We both grew up in Ireland but are always astounded at the friendliness of Irish people when we go across, and the people on this site are no different. We only joined early this year and do enjoy the craic!
You will enjoy every minute.
