They first of many trips. Glad you all enjoyed it. I have had to spend 2 days gardening and cutting trees and shrubs as I've had no time between trips and work all year to do them a little at a time lol.

It's a great feeling your first trip in a Motorhome. I remember mine and it was daunting but very enjoyable. I hope you have a great time and many happy outings.

Well done. It's all about taking baby steps (excuse the pun), don't feel that you have to do a 1000 miles a month to find the enjoyment from the MH.
We find that it the smallest things or places that makes a particular trip memorable.
Safe travels.

Motorhoming with kids is fantastic - our first trip was in a rattly old VW T25 to the Mournes with our three-month-old son. The battery shorted under the driver's seat so my Dad had to come rescue us while hubby waited on the RAC. We had lots of little hiccups like this, which we grew accustomed to. We upgraded to a more reliable Japanese import for our son's early Primary school years - which resulted in some very entertaining day trips with his school friends. Now we're in our new MH where I can do pizzas for our son and his pals, and shower all the sand and muck off...the joy and memories will be around forever.
Enjoy every minute; it's a wonderful world, as is this brilliant forum...full of the most helpful people! 😀

All Woking great. Just fitted a new charger today and got the 240v system on line. If Carlsberg made man huts they would have wheels on them🤣
