Blew the fuse on the cig lighter socket ( long story ) I looked up the Fiat manual and recommended fuse was 20A but when I located it there was a 15 A fuse fitted there was 4 spare fuses so Im assuming no fuses have been replaced, anyone know what fuse I should use , its an 08 ducato

Use whatever the manufacturer states, in your case 20A.
20A will carry 240 watt load, that is considerable and more than most would require.
If you're not using the socket to heat the cigar element then I think you will never come near the 240watt load rating.
