No and wouldnt want it, who in thier right mind would want to collect, sort, load, and deliver a parcel for £1.25!!! That is before they hit you penalties for what ever they can think of.

Idiots who can't park between two white lines, and worse than that the parasitic slugs who park in disabled parking places. In the case of the latter their cars should be towed to another part of town and left legally parked but don't tell them where. Maybe after walking around town for a few days looking for their car they'll think twice about where they park.

What about car park spaces that are so narrow that once you are in with a car either side you can't get out

Middle lane drivers going slower than inside and outside ones, and then when their are passed, they wobble before they touch the brakes causing the guy behind them to overtake without looking in mirrors. Technical this might be called a multi vechicle pile up but meanwhile the middle lans driver is blissful unaware of their surroundings.

Pedestrians who when walking along the footpath and approaching a pedestrian crossing just turn and walk into the road and give you a dirty look ,why can they not give an indication to the driver that it is their intention to use the crossing. :wallbash:

Drivers who join the empty motorway from a slip road, go stright to the outside lane & stay there, usually at 60mph.
