Purchased a new Stereo for the van a while back that has Android Auto compatability. It didn't seem compatible and when I looked that model wasn't enabled with Android Auto. But it worked great with Bluetooth etc so I kept it.

Took it out yesterday and put it back in, powered off and on, and whey hey!

Now when I walk into the van the two devices pair, Android Auto opens on my phone and has some brilliant benefits. Will read out text messages, whatsapp messages, big dialler, voice commands, satnav, voice dialling etc.

Interesting App. Just downloaded it and it has benefits even if you dont have an android Auto compatible Stereo. Not sure how well it will work in the MH considering the general engine noise. Certainly worth a try though

Agree it would be hard to hear if it's not connected to stereo. Mine is great as obviously it comes out of the speakers. Might head out today in MH and give it a proper whirl
