Ducato RHD Headlights

I am getting bored with sticking beam deflectors on my LHD 1999 X230. Has anyone experience with buying new or second hand headlights? Thanks.

You must be crossing very often to get bored :D
Our last van was LHD and after fitting the beam benders the first time I put a few dots around the outside of the benders with a Black marker. Then every year I just re used the Benders sticking them on with clear silicone within the Black dots.
It shouldn't be a problem fitting new lamps if your van has the standard Fiat front. I don't know if A class Motorhomes have different Lamps though which might be harder to source.

I fitted beam benders and just leave them on, don't do any harm to anybody

You can see said benders in Chevys post regarding mirrors

I have one RHD headlight of a 2003 van that should fit yours, not sure if it's offside or onside, I'd need to check if I ever decide to go home :)

I think the series is 1994-2002.
How did you end up with only one?

I mostly tour in Ireland, so I need beam benders on all the time, specially for the DOE. However, they get water behind them and then slip.. . Two years ago we spent 3 months in Spain and I forgot to take them off - luckily no problems.

Hmm, I'll need to find it out and take a photo. I ended up with one as both of mine were cracked on an Auto-trail I had but only managed to find one second hand, which I never fitted, to be honest I didn't look to hard.

Ideally, you need to replace like with like and I think there are 3 x types....electric height adjustment, hydraulic height adjustment and manual height adjustment.

I have a 2nd hand passenger side (hydraulic height adjustment) in the garage.

Mine has a small bore tube attached, so I guess it is hydraulic? Never bothered to investigate it.
I've been searching the web and found a couple of nearside ones, but no sign of an offside one.
