Folks, in case you are wondering why I haven been about much this is the reason. Before you all say I was drunk, I just wish I had been. I had to have 10 staples put in and I must say A&E at Antrim Area Hospital were fantastic. Thankfully although some of you think my brain had[s been cut for a long time, I can tell you it is now stapled up. Thankfully I've got the worst of it behind every.

As usual I was in a hurry and had gone out to the bins at the back. Being a Donegal man I didn't want to waste the electricity so it was dark and running in I tripped on the door step and as the door was open, my head went straight into the sharp, edge of the wall and the door, so I had a railway. I got the staples out this week and thankfully feeling ok but still have a lot of headaches. I am thankful that it wasn't worse because when the Dr was putting the staples in and I was complaining of the pain, she said be thankful you can feel it because if that wound had have been an inch to the left I wound not be putting stables in it for you.

Hi Jack, sorry to hear this - I wish you a very speedy recovery.

Was driving home tonight and an elderly lady fell face first on the footpath. We stopped and another car stopped to help....she was very shaken and a lot of blood :(
