Stayed in Kells the other night, and the constant rain took away from the experience, almost. After the advice from a fellow craicer, we decided to stay on the car park adjacent to the Garda Station. Within around 500 meters, there is a large Supervalue, home bakery, several pubs, oh and a kids playground. It could have been the rain, but that's all we heard all night. Quiet and safe. No facilities, and none to be found in Kells. Great spot if you're en transit.

Just checking to see if it's still possible to overnight park here or if anyone can recommend anywhere to overnight park close to Causey Farm?

Thanks!

Hi AdiH - google Fordstown -very small village beside causey farm - has a shop and pub - decent size carpark at pub and never full = would be very safe too .
