Cheers Mark, had it down at Donaghadee for an hour or two, bit close to home, but just getting to know it. Just need a few nights away, I'd like to get away over the 12th , but i'd say everywhere is booked by now.

Thanks for that, we've just booked 3 nights at Redcross, Wicklow. Lovely site, we were there about 10 years ago with a c%r%van, hope it hasn't changed too much, although the website says they improved it a lot ;)

Lovely motorhome. That is some windscreen, I'll bet it's really bright inside. Any more pics?

Hi there Blag, I'll see if I can take a few more and post them. The Axis/Vegas Rv's are a real change in US motorhome design and I find that they've put a lot more thought into the design as opposed to just having loads of space in a traditional, A class Rv and not having to think about what goes where. I've just starting loading 'stuff' into the Axis and, although at first I was worried about the lack of storage, there is actually more (because it has a rear 'garage') locker space than the 30 footer we had before ! Inside is, of course, smaller but, with a bed that lowers from the ceiling the sleeping ability is more than the 3 slide Gulfstream. It's a bit of a learning curve as we've been very spoiled for space with our previous 2 Rv's, but there are some very clever things inside, so I'm sure we'll get used to it.
