Does anyone know the code I should ring when calling an Irish mobile phone from a UK mobile phone in Ireland? Ally?

And if you own a southern mobile then never use the +4428 when calling Northern Ireland.
Use 048 instead of the int +4428 code and the call is free and included if you have all inclusive landline minutes on your mobile.
