hi all,we have a air 22 12v tv in motorhome but in 12v mode it pulls to much power and drops to 11.8 volts and loses sound and then picture 3 new batteries and 2 solar panels fitted, what tvs are you using with low power consumption. power consumption is 22 watt

AVTEX BEST 12/24volt TVs on the market 3 year warranty
have had quite a few and never any problems.Have watched
them for 10 hours sometimes in a day never any trouble with power
Consumption are at the dearer end of market but quality build and features
Worth it in my opinion and experience .Cheers Baz

22watt is very reasonable, I think you may have other problems. Our tv draws 36 watt on 3 batt and a 100 watt panel and can sit for hrs even days. What voltage is your batteries after a charge or a good drive, why I ask is if you have an autotrail and the temperature sensor in your battery compartment is faulty the batteries will be restricted to 13.2 volts. (sargant control panel) instead of 14>.

Could it not just be a fault in the TV and nothing to do with voltage.
