Oyster lnb

Hi guys anybody know where I can get an oyster lnb?I got somebody to put in an lnb in the oyster dish but it does not work properly the picture seems to be split in three with lines running diagonally across the screen?Any help great fully appreciated.Regards Michael

From the description that does not sound like an faulty LNB, get someone to put a spectrum analyser on it to determine if the if signal from the dish is the problem.
