Hi all,
Does anyone know if there is an overnight park facility for motorhomes/RV's at Holyhead port. Taking a late ferrry and hoping to park up for the night at the port.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Ken did that and saw the posts. They said there was something in the poi section. Any idea where to find that?

I park up at the top of road near Argos - it's out of the way and no passing traffic

Should have said take the road off the roundabout as if your going to Argos go straight up the small hill, straight over the next roundabout and at the end of the road is where I stop. Don't block the entrance to I think it is the water works.

Hi silversurfer,

I have read on a forum that you can overnight in the port grounds, but it can be noisy.

In April we drove round to the Yacht club and parked there. (google it for directions)

Our boat got into Holyhead around 23;00 so we applied the principle 'arrive late, leave early'

If you head out of the port to the first roundabout and turn left and take the road which follows along the port wall it brings you up to the old harbour and there is plenty of space. If you look at google maps I think the road is called Turkey Shore Road. We stayed there before, you get some noise from the harbour but not enough to keep you awake.
