We've just returned home after a couple of very enjoyable days in Hodson Bay, in the hotel (possibly the best buffet breakfast in Ireland) not in the motorhome. On the way there and back we met several motorhomes and Mrs Dipper was laughing her head off at me as I waved frantically to all of them. How are the drivers of motorhomes to know that the mad man in the car waving at them is a fellow motorhome owner. Now here's the challenge, come up with a suitable wave for motorhome owners to use while driving lesser vehicles like cars. :-/ :-)

On the Continent motorcyclists stick out their leg. Might be hard getting the window down quick enough to do that

Well... I do wave at other MHs from my bike and I'm actually surprised how many actually wave back.

They know!

In the van or car . Thumb hooked on the top of the wheel ,Fingers open splayed facing forward.
On the bike , same thing only tuck the Thumb in a and face the hand at Shoulder height

I was thinking a double legged salute when on the bike - won't be a chance Of being missed that way 😂 But that's far more sensible 😊
