Ford transit cab face lift

Hey, so the back interior is lovely :) just wonder is there anything I can do to lift the inside cab of the 2001 ford transit ? At this point Im thinking something quick and easy lol ....like a pre cut vinyl ??? am I mad?

yeah, guess so.... just saw some trims on the likes of ebay that apparently stick on and they look like a wood effect - nice in theory but there is a bang of disaster off it too!
