Spent a night here recently, super spot. Parked up the corner of carpark, only ourselves and a deer who munched away quite happliy on bushes just a few feet from us!

What about the dunlewy centre,lecy and water with play park for kids,good food to and the most fantastic view coming down the rd from glenveagh,the rd by the way seems to have been layed with the back of a shovel

We have stayed at Glenveagh National Park and Dunlewy Centre and would rate them both very good spots.

there is no mention of overnighting in Dunlewy. How much is it to stay?

We stayed at the Dunlewy Center 2 years ago and it was very good. Shop and restaurant. Lots of children's facilities.
They didn't take any money then we had an E.H.U. Only one other German van was there.
Only down side they locked the gate at around 8 PM.
I was out for a walk and had to climb over the fence to get back in !!

We looked at Dunlewy on way past and were quoted €20 pn, but had already decided we wanted to stay at Glenveagh!

We have stayed there in the past for free but there may be a charge in place now. they do not facilitate motorhome parking after the 30th Oct
