Smell of gas in locker of campervan

Just looking for advice please. Just got secondhand 2014) camper few days ago. When we viewed it, there was no smell in locker, but went to take pics for insurance today and there was a slight smell of gas in the locker. Took out the spare in case it was it, but no smell from it. Did the washing up test but nothing showed (not really sure how to do this).
Any suggestions or should we just take to service centre?
Anyone know any service place between Dublin and Wexford please?
Thanks.

Have you got a pop top regulator .or is it nut type .Go to the plumbing shop and get a leak defector spray .
You need to check all the connections (spray them ) with the gas turned off as well as on and in use . if it is a pop top spray up under the regulator around the neck of the bottle . also some bottles most sting of gas. Change the bottles if you can and try again .check the top of the bottle that is not connected if it is empty the can smell .

Turn your gas of leave the locker open for a few hours till the smell clears tighten your connections turn the gas on again close the locker door for ten minutes check again if there is a smell if so get it checked ,also did you change your bottle as you can get a smell of gas when you do this

Also check the condition and age of the flexi pipe, date is usually stamped on the hose its self, and recommended to change at 5 yr old

Thanks everyone, just saw that this has a Gaslow round plastic thing on it between hose and bottle. I have opened locker for 20 mins but very slight smell remains. I have turned off the gas bottle and will leave for another while. The system is three years old so hose should be ok.
