That a great price considering the amount that I paid a few weeks ago to Dolmens in Dublin.

I was originally restricted to 3,000 miles with AF but they upgraded to 5,000 at no extra cost. I am in my 2nd year with AF and cannot fault them. This year with the camper policy, they did a fantastic deal on car insurance and no other quotes came close.

3000 miles per year would cause problems for us. 8400 miles done in 23 months and we haven't left the island. Our renewal was € 344 a couple of weeks ago with Dolemn.

Just a little note ,Admiral own Able,Bell,Confused,Diamond,Elephant , Churchill owns Privilege and Green Flag and Ageus does the insurance for Tesco, Virgen Money and John Lewis .All these do more than what I listed as do the other Big Names so who are you really insured with.

I am with them and opted for 4000 miles a year. Got cold feet before my Euro trip and asked them to up it to 6000, No Charge.

To go to 10,000 miles was only an extra £30, so I just paid it for the peace of mind.

Ouch.
We have 2 private car insurance due in the next 6 weeks and both are 06 reg . I reckon the renewals will be painful. A bunch of legalised robbers.

I will know in the next couple of weeks, but I suspect there will be a loading on our policies because both cars are over ten years of age.
What they give in one hand results in the other hand taking double the amount. Robbing so and so.

Just renewed my insurance with Stuart's, €341.70 including cc fee. I think it was a little higher last year, but not much. At least I remembered it this time, I just happened to check the windscreen in January and to my horror discovered that I hadn't got an insurance disc displayed. I had forgotten to renew it and had been driving around since the end of september without insurance.

Yes there is a problem as I know for myself, but I found Doleman cheaper than my previous UK insurer. They are agents for Aviva
