Eirbus, on Ebay there is a polish called IOSSO fibreglass reconditioner. I have bought and used it myself with good results after a good rub down with Tcut. You can also go to a boat chandlers as they have also have fiberglass polish and cleaners , I use staybrite wax polish which is a boat polish ,if its good enough for the sea it will do for me.

Ted Johnson in Naas has a range of boat products, incl. polishes for fibreglass.
Boat Buddy range is popular for fibreglass boats.

I use 3M Marine Cleaner & Wax, it's a light compound and wax in one application.

Maguiars ultimate compound and a DA polisher / plenty of elbow grease will sort it. Treat it just like a faded paint job. It's full of small scratches and it needs a good compounding to remove them to bring back the shine. I've even used it on scratched headlights to restore them.
