Last year as a result of combining the MH and kayaking, I needed a towbar to be fitted to the MH. The MH is a C class based on a transit but the mainstream towbar suppliers were ridiculous prices.
After consulting with Mr David Dunne, Vicarstown, Co. Laois, I was able to fit the necessary chassis extension, cross members and tow ball.
He in turn signed off the work and issued a certificate of essential technical provisions for the revalant vehicle regulations.
This was a fantastic service due to David's understanding of vechicles because he started his working life as a mechanic and over the years he has educated himself to here he is now.
I am posting this as I have noticed alot of queries concerning towbars, chassis mounted bike frames etc.
I am not sure if David does conversion work but a quick call would answer that.
