We have one. It does what it's supposed to do, vent the cassette, and at he same time agitate the surface of the contents, causing microbial action to break down solids and dispense nasty niiffs. We never need to use chemicals and its not such a retching experience when it comes to disposal time.

Yea but, no but, yea but. Tis only after Margaret has let go. Sometimes I wear a hanky and others I have a WW11 respirator in the garage. Usually only after a curry night but. :bandit:

Had SOG system fitted to previous MH for eight years, great device, cuts down on nasty smells in van and makes emptying easier as contents of cassette are more slush than solid. No chemical smell in van. Just got new van and had it fitted. Also - you don't need to purchase ultra thin loo roll either. Without any of the usual toilet jokes - in all seriousness IMO it's a great job.
